The exhibition ‘ei8ht’ is a group of eight contemporary artists working individually with different backgrounds and styles. Two years of working together within a shared studio space on MA programmes at the School of Art and Design has come to an end. Sharing ideas, conversations and techniques daily has allowed them to share inspirations and work towards a final group show to mark the end of their shared cohort. This final group show will reveal to the public a range of contrasting styles and mediums brought together as ei8ht, marking the transition of eight fellow students into eight emerging and individual artists.
The exhibition preview will take place at BlankSpace gallery on Thursday 23rd February, 6-9pm and runs until the 11th March.
